Hey MattDavidson,
Thanks for the heads up.
Anyone having trouble with the midi playback, please try these steps:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
#1) Go to "Start -> Control Panel -> Quicktime" to open the Quicktime Settings window.
#2) Go to the "Browser" tab and click the "Mime Settings" button.
#3) Click on / expand the "Audio" list
#4) Uncheck the "MIDI" box if it is checked.
If that doesn't work, please let us know what browser are you using (internet explorer or firefox or other) and the version number.
Also can you try these links, and let us know if they play?
#1) http://tabnabber.com/documents/pianoTa...
#2) http://tabnabber.com/play_tab_midi.asp...
Let us know if either or both of these work for you!

Also try the new download midi link on your tabs, and let us know if that works better for you?
Thanks!

Hey BA
Thanks for the feedback and I followed the steps about quicktime and when I selected the MIDI playback it allowed me to hear the MIDI for the tab when I press 'download midi'.
On the other hand I cannot figure out why the 'Play MIDI' button does not work. I can successfuly play my tabs on the download midi feature and they sure can use some work haha.
I am using the most current version of IE 8
thanks

Hey
I tried following the steps outlined above, and the MIDI box was checked, but it was grayed out. Anyone know how to ungray it? Thanks
I can hear my tabs on the download tab button, but when i just press play nothing happens. It's rather frustrating when im trying to make new ones because there isnt a download button on the edit tab thingomabob.
Thanks
P.S im using IE8

Thanks Shaykey. I've no idea how to uncheck the quicktime midi checkbox if it is greyed out, but maybe if you uninstalled/reinstalled? I know, I know, that sux, so I've upgraded the site to allow you to playback your tabs as you edit them via the "download midi" link. Note: The "download midi" link will play your tabs as of the last time you saved it. So you'll have to save your tabs to hear your changes, but its better, yes?
