Therefore, it is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Though legality concerning transcriptions of copyright protected material is subject to interpretation and varies between countries, TabNabber has a policy to not host or provide such transcriptions in order to ensure that the site operates within the boundaries of current copyright laws.
