I found the first page of the sheet music and first D-D is actually 2 Eb's and then it goes back down to the bass octave C-C and THEN the higher, treble D-D. The first A's are Bb's, too.

c-c(next octave)-D-D(next octave|c-c-d-d|c-c-A-A-a-a-f-f|

So it's bascially. C - C - Eb - Eb | C - C - D - D | C - C - Bb - Bb *rest* A - A *rest* F - F.

The two starting bass clef C's are played at the same time while the lowest treble C is played. This is the beginning of the main melody, the "Your Star" melody. After the C

Bass C - C
Treble - C - Eb Eb - D (this D is a chord, and the 3rd octave treble D is played as well)

Bass - There is a bass chord "cadence", and you play from low to high. Bb - Bb, A - A, F - F.

This melody plays over, again.

There's more to the song, but it's harder to explain. ^^ hope that helped.
