Almost every time I input a tab,

C|---------------------------------------------0---------|
G|---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0-------|
e|-4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---5-------------|
b|-------------------------------------------------------|
F|-------------------------------------------------------|
b|-------------------------------------------------------|

the output (piano tabs) would be

C|---------------------------------------------0---------|
G|---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0---0-------|
e|-4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---4---5-------------|

b|-------------------------------------------------------|

F|-------------------------------------------------------|
b|-------------------------------------------------------|

and it screws it up. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for reporting!

It appears the converter doesn't currently support the non standard guitar tab tuning you have there, but I think we should be able to fix that.

In the meantime, our guitar to midi player can handle any tuning of guitar, so if you take your tab there, https://tabnabber.com/play/?instrType=7
turn it into a midi and save it, then you can turn the midi into a piano tab here:
https://tabnabber.com/MidiToTabConverter
