I just want to find the keyboard PARTS to songs as if you were playing with a band... which is different from the sheet music, correct? what do you call just the keyboard parts? is that tabs? Like i just want to play the keyboards exactly as they are in "walk away renee" but that's different from the sheet music right?

The 'piano' part is what you're referring to. It's usually the lower 2 of 3 staves of the sheet music as long as the sheet music is for vocals & piano. Staves are the groups of 5 lines together running across the page in classical music notation. The upper stave is the 'vocal' part. The bottom stave is usually the 'bass' clef for piano (left hand), & the middle stave is the 'treble' clef for piano (right hand). Some sheet music is written (usually in tab form) for the guitar. Piano tab is different from classical music notation, though. Take a look at my 'Ultimate Tab Lesson' on here, & it will explain how to read & write proper piano tablature (see link, below).

You are looking for a part "transcription". Sheet music with vocals, piano, bass and guitar chords are used to display pop sing along arrangements like most commercial sheet music. There are several popular transcribed scores available for purchase. You can even find some decent transcriptions, like I did here:
