On Lead Synthesizer: A Philodendron?



We all think we know what nature sounds like: birds chirping, brooks babbling, thunder...thundering. There are other phenomena in our natural environment, however, that produce information which we cannot perceive through our current biological senses. To remedy this, the Philadelphia Museum of Art used sensors to detect electronic impulses and record the resulting plant-generated music. Even if you can't imagine rocking out to all 116 minutes of bio-feedback, you can at least hear a sampling of the audio experiment here
